Warranty Policy

At DENISSE ORTEGA JOYAS, every piece of jewelry is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want to offer you high-quality pieces and continue to support you even after your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects on our jewelry for a period of 12 MONTHS for gold jewelry, 6 months for silver jewelry, and 3 months for costume jewelry, starting from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers:

  • defects in clasps or fasteners,
  • parts coming loose due to a manufacturing defect,
  • structural errors in processing.

The warranty does not cover

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • normal wear and tear,
  • blows or falls,
  • contact with perfumes, creams, water, or chemicals,
  • oxidation due to neglect,
  • improper handling,
  • damage caused by third parties,
  • loss of parts or stones,
  • improper use of the jewelry.

Warranty Assessment

All warranty claims will be reviewed by our team to determine whether the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.

If the warranty is invoked, DENISSE ORTEGA JOYAS may:

  • repair the part,
  • replace it,
  • or provide an equivalent solution, subject to availability.

Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, the customer must contact us through our official channels by submitting:

  • full name,
  • order number or proof of purchase,
  • clear photographs of the jewelry,
  • Description of the problem.

Review Times

The evaluation and response time may vary depending on the case and will be communicated to the client once the request is received.

Care Recommendations

To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals,
  • store the pieces separately,
  • remove them before going to bed, taking a shower, or exercising,
  • Clean them carefully with a soft cloth.
